Rada’s Half Sheet Pan is made from steel then coated in aluminum. Pans made in this way are referred to as aluminized steel. Because aluminized steel assures a uniform heat transfer for even baking, they are the most common type of pan used by professional bakers. These pans also offer superior durability and corrosion resistance for long-lasting use. Oven safe to 600°.

Line pans with parchment paper or grease with shortening or vegetable oil (avoid using cooking spray to prevent sticky buildup).
