The Anthem 8" Bread Knife has a serrated blade that works wonderfully on any type of bread, cutting through tough crust without crushing delicate hot-from-the oven bread.
The hand-sharpened, razor-sharp edge of our surgical-quality, T420 high-carbon stainless steel blade ensures the durability of our knives.
Of course it slices every kind of bread you can imagine without smashing, but you can also slice through tough-skinned veggies like bell peppers and use it to easily cut away the rind of watermelon and honeydew. The ergonomic handle of the Anthem 8" Bread Knife is comfortable to use and gives a good grip.

"We bought Rada knives at an outlet near where we vacation in Maine about 30 years ago. They are good knives but we only ever knew of that one outlet. Over the years we lost a few but recently when remodeling our kitchen I found a small an unused chopper with the original sleeve that had fallen behind the drawer. The sleeve has their name making it possible to find them online. I bought a new set of steak knives and some additional specially knives. I highly recommend their knives. Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery. Hand washing prevents microscopic dings on a knife blade’s cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents that will negatively affect its handle, and ultimately extends the life of the knife.
While Rada’s black handle knives and utensils are more dishwasher tolerant than the silver handles, hand washing is still recommended.
