Plastic Cutting Boards: The Best Choice for Your Kitchen
Plastic cutting boards are becoming increasingly popular with chefs. They are less expensive and are not as porous as some of the wood cutting board options available. We offer two plastic cutting board options at Rada Cutlery the Flexible Cutting Board and the Small Cutting Board. The Flexible Cutting Board is 10 inches by 14 inches and is made from a thin plastic that is durable, yet flexible enough to easily transfer food.

The small cutting board is 7 inches by 10 inches and comes in a pack of three. It is made from the same durable, flexible material as our larger plastic cutting board. When you are using cutting boards it is best to have a separate cutting board for types of meats, vegetables and so on. The reason for this is that it helps prevent cross-contamination of foods. Also when your plastic cutting boards becomes discolored or heavily scarred do not hesitate to purchase new ones. This also helps prevent the spread of bacteria.
