If you bake at all, you’ll use this Cake Pan all the time. If you don’t bake, it will still come in handy for layered lettuce salad, gelatin salad, rice krispie treats, and scotcheroo bars.
Line pans with parchment paper or grease with shortening or vegetable oil (avoid using cooking spray to prevent sticky buildup). Using non-scratch utensils made from hard rubber, plastic, or wood will prevent scratching and marring the surface so your pans will look good for a long time. Then just wash in warm, soapy water.
